This condo building was well monitored and very clean. Several dishes, however in the unit were very dirty. One of the cooking trays and caked on food and there was no way of scrubbing it clean. We found out very quickly that we had to clean the dishes before we would use them. It made creating meals difficult. The dirty dishes didn’t match the beautiful quality of the condo. Great variety of cookware and our only problem was parking in the 4th floor in a large SUV! Still it was covered parking and we appreciated the assigned space! We had one minor concern and it was handled immediately and we were very pleased with how important it was to mgmt that we were satisfied with the resolve. And it was super toddler friendly after he picked up everything he could throw and break which wasn’t a whole lot. it definitely comes with more. kitchen supplies then we thought. but we ate out most nights anyways. would DEFINITELY recommend to anyone looking for a good child friendly condo right on the beach. ##### jodi g. We found plenty of restaurants and ice cream shops in the area. We enjoyed waking up to sound of the waves and going down to the ocean every morning. Someone parked in the reserved parking place for us. Luckily they came along and moved wihout too much trouble. We called 'Book That Condo', manager with a few questions and they answered and resolved right away.The reserved parking sign did not say for our condo number so thats why people think they can park there. The host provides everything you need to get through a week. The description was accurate we loved the decor. Nice appliances, very spacious for 2 people could easily house 4 people. Gorgeous views to beach from patio off bedroom and living room. My only complaint and it’s nothing to do with the host or condo- is the PARKING GARAGE- we drive a Chevy high country and it was very tight making those turns! We fit but a lot of reversing on each level to turn. The garage is made for compact cars. Other than that the property and grounds were very nice and met all my expectations. ##### Heather O. The condo was clean upon arrival which I always appreciate and it appeared nearly identical to the pictures posted. We stayed in the guest bedroom and while the bed was a little firm for our tastes I'm sure others will appreciate it. The others with us enjoyed the master suite and said they slept quite well. The balcony is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed the plush furniture when we spent time on it. On a random note the couch is just as comfy as it appears in the pictures. We didn't use it much, but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked as well. We only had two complaints about the property the first being the parking. That parking garage is TIGHT and honestly a little dangerous. Please do not even attempt to bring a large truck into this garage as it won't make the turns of another vehicle is present. If you do, I'd suggest parking across the street. Nothing the owners can do about that though. Our second complaint is that you can't set up a canopy or even umbrellas in front of the property on the beach. You have to go to one side or the other of the long strip of rental chairs. It was a little disappointing have to drag our belongings farther down the beach. This may be included in the contract/description and I missed it. If so that's my fault. There is beach access literally next to the property where you can enter and put up a canopy so it was just dragging our stuff a little farther.
