On the 2nd floor of the unit is another bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom. Perfect for a couple or small family! \-A minimum age of 25 is required to book. Be very careful when accessing the upper bedroom as the steps are very narrow, steep, with small treads, and to make matters worse - have a handrail you cannot grasp. All of this resulted in a twisted ankle that could've easily cost me my vacation. Upper bathroom, which had a very low ceiling, had nothing but fans for cooling and struggled to keep temps below 90\. When we stripped the beds to leave linens were covered in old stains. Clothes washer had black mold inside. Main bath low "contractor grade" ceiling tiles were ill-fitted and nearly falling from their grids. Vent fans contained so much dust they no longer functioned.
