Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Reservations made from March through October include beach service (two beach chairs and one umbrella). Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 21. Security camera details: There is a front door camera as well as a beach cam on the balcony. The beach camera only monitors the condition of the beach. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
