His name is Jonathan, and he is the best! The facility was nice, and I do like that there’s a 24/7 front desk attendant. The rules at this facility are a little stricter than where we usually stay, but the people are nice, the grounds are beautiful, and we appreciated being on the first floor. There is only one elevator for each building (there are 3, and we were in A, the one in the center). The view is really nice, even from just the first floor. Do be aware that there are stairs entering and exiting the beach one way, so navigating a beach buggy can get a little tricky if you don’t take the longer sandy pathway. As for the room, it was nice and comfy. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were roomy enough, too. The guest bedroom also had several beach chairs and toys to use at the beach. If I could say one thing the unit lacks is a garbage disposal. I’ve never stayed at one that didn’t have it. There are little details about the place that could stand to be touched up, but the decor was nice, and the unit was clean and had everything we needed. The condo was super clean and had about everything you could think of that you needed. All you really need to bring is your food and clothing! The only issue I had was the ladies at the front office. With me booking through a different company for this condo, they offered about a ZERO on helpfulness when it came time for me to check in..just telling me that things like my armbands "should be in your room". Which they weren't..so then that was another trip back down to the office, to stand in line to tell them that I needed armbands. Then I had to call back down there to ask for the wifi password, due to them not telling me at check in. ##### Tarah W. It was very clean and had been recently updated. The kids loved the heated pool and the beach was just steps away! The building is only 8 floors so it’s easy to get luggage/groceries to your condo. I was worried we would be close to the strip area where college kids go, but we were 2 miles away and it was very family oriented. Well-stocked kitchen. It’s so nice to stay somewhere where the pictures match the reality and everything worked just as it should!
