The property had an amazing ocean view, and we could walk right down to the beach. The back porch was great, it provided enough shade to eat breakfast on in the morning. Walk out the back sliding door directly to the new boardwalk, then down some stairs to the beach. Also, this unit is directly across from the pool. Two bunk beds in the hallway…the only thing I would mention is maybe adding a rail for the upper bunk for some peace of mind. Outstanding stay and short bike ride to Alys Beach and other local spots. We have vacationed closer to Destin in the past. On this trip, we wanted the quaintness of the 30A beaches and small towns. The condo is centrally located. It is on the first floor with a patio that looks out to the ocean. There are steps that lead down to the beach. The condo offers umbrella and chair service on the beach. It was ready when we got there. The condo was recently updated. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated with all the amenities we needed. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked and there is a Publix grocery store nearby. Parking is right in front and a keypad to enter the condo. It felt very safe and secure. There is a small pool to cool down. The owners were friendly and easy to talk to during our stay. We rented bikes and enjoyed the many wonderful restaurants and shopping in the area.
