The property was very clean, easy to access, a ton of room for 4 of us plus an infant. It is really nicer than the pictures. Much bigger feeling with comfortable furnishings, nice beds. Ground floor unit but on the end so pretty quiet and it was very nice to walk out for easy access to the pool and beach. Nice addition with the tennis and pickleball courts. In terms of location, the complex is right across from the the shops at Seacrest North and an easy walk or bike ride to Rosemary. The on-site bike rental was also a plus. Only issues we had were the bikes for the unit were hard to find and we did not get the bike code form the bike company until the second day. Also the sprinklers run off and on through most of the afternoon so as a ground floor unit be careful what you leave out on the balcony as they may get wet. All in all a fantastic unit and we plan to come back in the future. ##### Michael M. The owners did a really nice job. Not just the look. They outfitted the place with nice linens, SmartTV's plus cable, new washer and dryer and appliances. Well done. However, you need to know up front, that your friends cannot come visit you unless you hide them in your trunk and drive them in. I get we are in the midst of a pandemic, but the access rules are ridiculous. You have to provide the name of every person staying in your condo, everyone is issued a wrist band (that you can purchase at Party City) and they will check your kids name against the list if they think something is awry. The guards aren't the problem, they are doing their job, it's the property owners. Just so you understand, you cannot have adult visitors. Please don't tell me about "social gathering rules," the beach was packed.
