Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the premier condo complexes in all of Panama City Beach! This beautiful unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. This unit comes stocked with newly updated stainless steel appliances in the kitchen and flat screen TVs in the living room and bedroom. The master bedroom comes equipped with a king size bed and a 40 inch flat screen TV. The master bathroom has dual vanities, a walk in shower, and a separate tub. The second bedroom comes with a king size bed and a TV in it. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combo in it. An extra twin size bunk bed is in the hallway The living room has a pullout sleeper sofa. Enjoy the beautiful beaches and breathtaking sunsets from the large balcony. ABOUT Grand Panama: Property features two pools, two hot tubs, on-site tiki bars, on-site dining and shopping, exercise room, kiddie pool, coffee and ice cream shop, business center, meeting room, covered parking, WiFi hot spots. From our upscale condo, you can walk right out onto our pristine snow-white beachfront. Lay out and swim in the crystal clear emerald waters of the gulf. Amenities are plentiful from endless stretches of sugar white sandy beaches to large tropically inspired swimming pools (one is heated), kiddy pool, Jacuzzis, and fitness center. Guest Registration is completed online prior to arrival. There is a $50 flat resort fee, which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle as applicable and wristbands for the guests. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $30\. Room was stocked with bare minimum kitchen utensils, went to load dishwasher and it about fell out of the cabinet. AC struggled to keep room cool. Furniture and linens need updating. Floor absolutely disgusting!!! Communication with property management was non existent. My suggestion for the room would be steak knives, a 10 in skillet and some type of dark out curtain for the guest bedroom. The light was bright coming in from the outside hallway. It over looks the wonderful pool and the beach. The condo has plenty of room for eight adults. Which is very nice. The only thing I would change of of the trip was the Cleanliness of the bathrooms, floors, and pool. Went swimming one day and there was a lot of bugs in the pool. I know that they cleaned it that morning because I seen them. And the floors, I could’ve mopped if there was a mop provided. But there was a vacuum broom and dustpan. The front door did not lock until the last day of our stay even though we called on the first day. We accidentally locked ourselves out at 5:30 in the morning because we took a family member to the airport. Luckily, we were able to wake up, someone to let us in. Would’ve liked to felt safer the whole week of our stay, but that was not provided. ##### David H. One hand towel to use for my 4 week stay. Also need a room darkening cover for window in bed 2\. Everyone needs darkness to sleep!
