Everything in the surrounding neighborhoods are a convenient walk or bike. Bottom floor is close in proximity to pool, playground, tennis courts, and quick walk to the beach. Some of the glasses in the cabinet had lipstick around the edges. One of the mattresses had a large dip in the middle and was not comfortable. Lighting is dark and a bit gloomy. The location and private beach access (with daily chairs and umbrella setup) cannot be beat, especially when you see how crowded Rosemary beaches are. The pool is right outside your door and the beach is a few steps away. The condo itself is very comfortable with good space. Kitchen was well stocked and functional and we had no issues at all with the AC. The photos are accurate in showing the space. While the door is code-protected, there is no security lock or deadbolt from the inside so we had to block the door each night so our toddler wouldn't try to go back out to the beach... The facility, as a whole, did feel very safe for parking, walking around or biking. Overall, this is a great unit in a fantastic location and we will absolutely be coming back again. ##### James E.
