The property was VERY clean and offered ample space for our party of 18. The main gathering area was also plenty large enough for all of us to cook and then eat together. Our kids, ages 8, 6, 6, 5, 4, 3 loved the bunk room! My only complaint is that it is on the third floor, and there is not adequate lighting in the stairwell, nor a rail on the right side for when they might wake up in the middle of the night and come walking down the steps. We had a few small falls.Lack of beach access was a definite hardship with that many little children. You have to drive down to Deer State Lake Park and then walk a solid three minutes on a bridge before getting to the beach or you have to drive down to Walton Dunes access and hope that there is parking in the small public parking spot. Overall, it is a fantastic place to stay if you don’t mind the walk and parking issues for beach access.

The house still had sand in the carpets and on the stairs when we arrived so it wasn’t 100% clean. AC didn’t work upstairs so it was constantly 76+ degrees but the PM team brought additional AC units to keep the bedrooms a little cooler. Maintenance guy parked improperly which got the HOA to give us a warning. Overall 4/5.

Getaway business meeting

I decided to have a getaway management meeting in this area of Florida. The house and location were fantastic! The common areas of the house fit our needs well, and the rooms with in-suite baths allowed for ample privacy when we needed a break from one another. No complaints, and would definitely recommend.

The house is decorated beautifully. The location is terrific (one house /lot from the pool) and central to all of 30A. The management company was fantastic and great to work with! We had a large family and there were plenty of places to to visit. We hated to leave! Highly recommend to large families!

Beautiful Vacation Home

Beautiful home that fit our family perfectly. The pools are very close and large. The hub is an easy walk up the street and the golf cart was very nice to have! The one thing we wish we had was an easier, closer beach access. It is difficult to load up the cars and golf carts with little ones and drive 2 or 3.5 miles (5-10min) to beach.

Beautiful house

The house was stunning and spacious. All the beds were comfortable with nice linens. And the property manager was very responsive to questions. Our older kids/teens enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and walking to the hub. The community and the pool were great. However, beach access is a challenge at this community so be prepared to golf cart to beach access. There’s no access in the community or in walking distance. There’s also limited parking at only a select few access points. The access point closest to this house, Deer Park, was full/closed for access every day by mid morning, but it wasn’t a problem for us to drive further down to another access. The community does provide a shuttle as well, we just didn’t choose to use it as we had a large group. Overall we had a lovely stay.

Gorgeous Home - Perfect for Big Groups

We had an amazing time at this home!! There were 4 separate families and we really appreciated having enough private bathrooms and bedrooms to accommodate everyone. The bunk room was perfect. We loved the Hub area - it was nice to be able to walk to lunch or dinner, ice cream, etc. The manager and maintenance team were very responsive with all of our questions. We would highly recommend this property to anyone needing to accommodate a big group. Thanks so much!

Awesome Spot!

We had a great time at this property which was beautiful well-maintained and super clean in a great location. With 16 people staying for five nights the house never seemed overcrowded and the way it was laid out was extremely workable for such a large group. The golf cart, bikes and other extras were a bonus!

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at 30A! The house was great! Clean and Modern! Lots of stairs, so I will bring baby gates next time to keep the babies from playing on the stairs! Beach access at Deer Park was not difficult to get to, but the walk to get to the beach is a little far with little ones! Totally worth it for the uncrowded beach though! The Hub is a great family friendly establishment too! Hope to book again in the future!

Wedding weekend was a hit!!

We had the perfect weekend with our son getting married at eden gardens . Our family and friends were all able to stay together in this house. It was perfect. We had a blast spending time together and then going to the beach, the hub, using the golf cart, and then going to the Donut Hole made the weekend perfect. Perfect layout and very clean house. We loved it
