Why spend your vacation waiting on crowded elevators or deal with the stress of resort parking? This home is tucked away in a quiet residential community just minutes from all the action. Absolutely ideal for families, the property features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a cozy living room and a spacious, fully-equipped kitchen. The first two bedrooms are located at the front side of the house and are both superbly furnished with a queen-size bed, TV and plenty of closet space. A full bathroom in the hallway is shared with both bedrooms and features a tub/shower combo. The home's vibrant coastal decor complements a thoughtful selection of fine appointments and furnishings. It has recently been upgraded with brand new tile floor throughout, which completes the exceptional overall look and feel of this Panama City Beach vacation rental. The open plan living room/kitchen and dining area is the heart and soul of the house and where you can easily relax and enjoy the company of family and friends. This is a true home away from home - you'll love the fully equipped, spacious kitchen with its granite counter-tops, modern appliances and all necessary tools and utensils. A small dining table for four plus a breakfast bar that seats three provides ample room for meals and snacks. The comfy living area offers plenty of seating for the whole gang to pile in and enjoy a movie or your favorite streaming channels. The third bedroom is the master suite, tucked away at the rear of the house. Features include a king size bed, a huge closet, and TV. The adjoining private bathroom provides a tub/shower combo plus a large double vanity. If required, the living room sofa pulls out to sleep two people, bringing the total occupancy of the home to eight. My first cup of coffee in the morning was interrupted by a cup out of the cabinet that not only had coffee rings inside it, but lipstick still on the outside. I spent part of my vacation cleaning the stove top, which I hadn't used, and cleaning the heater/air conditioner closet which had lint pile up so bad it was coming out of the slotted door. Looked like a fire ready to start. For as much money as I spent on this place INCLUDING a cleaning fee, i felt ripped off. ##### Kristen G.
