Booking Information:

- Check-in after 4:00 pm, check-out by 10:00 am.
- HOA Policy: Must be 25 years or older to rent. No student groups allowed.
- Maximum Occupancy: 6
- No Pets allowed
- No Smoking in or around the property. Please note that Celadon Beach Resort has a strict no smoking policy and no pet policy for renters. Any violation of the smoking or pet policy will result if the loss of your damage deposit and potential immediate eviction without refund.
- Parking Permit required - $45 flat fee per vehicle per stay (as of 1/1/24).
- E-signed Rental Agreement required upon booking; a 3-day grace period for e-signature.
- Credit card payments: 2nd payment (due 60 days from stay) automatically collected.
- A $250 Security Deposit "Hold" will be placed on your card that is on file 5 days prior to arrival. Holds are released within 2 days of departure, often the same day.

The condo was very clean, with everything needed. The property was neat and tidy, as well. Amber was very communicative and quick to reply to any questions we had. The only issue we had was that the elevators were in repair throughout our stay. Obviously, nothing that Amber could have done about this, but she was easy to contact and helpful in corresponding with the HOA to report the problem, as well as very apologetic/sympathetic. Overall, I would recommend staying here. We enjoyed our time and made many memories.

We LOVED this condo! It was one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed in. The view was gorgeous, the condo was so spacious and everything they said they offered they have and then some! Everything was so close we really didn’t have to drive far unless we wanted to. If I had to have one “bad” thing to say about this place is the water pressure when showering and even that isn’t so bad! We overall loved it and can’t wait to come back!!!!

What a wonderful 5 nights spent in this beautiful 19th floor condo overlooking the emerald waters of PCB. Condo was spotless when we arrived. Kitchen had everything we needed except we couldnt locate a dish drainer. Both Bathrooms were stocked with 2 rolls of toliet paper, hotel soap & shampoo, plenty of extra towels. The beach chairs were an extra bonus. We had the same spot all 5 days in the front row.We enjoyed the bbq one evening. Bring bbq tools if you plan on cooking out. From the wonderful deck we watched a resident shark every morning swimmimg around (not close to shore), saw a sea turtle as well. Enjoyed watching the families combing the beach at night with flashlights looking for crabsBest of all was the enjoyment of fewer crowds then the east side of PCB. Be aware the only restaurant within walking distance is Mikes seafood just a short 1/4 mile walk each way. Carousel liquors and grocery store were very conveniently located with great prices and selection. Pools were very nice.Just a great stay!

Being managed by the property owner made all the difference in our stay. The place was nicely decorated, clean, comfy beds, and had lots of extra amenities. The view from the 19th floor was incredible! The Celadon was conveniently located to restaurants and grocery stores as well. As listed, the parking is located in a garage across the walkway to the building. Would definitely stay in the Young’s place again!

Great owners, location and amenities

Great views from the 20th floor that makes you feel like you are on a cruise ship. The water in this area is always stunning, ranging from clear to emerald to deep blue. Parking and access starts across the road, with covered parking, carts for luggage, a climate controlled skyway over the road to new fast moving elevators. You never have to have your luggage outside in the elements. There is a heated pool and hot tub on the garage side of the street and a heated pool and hot tub on the condo side of the street looking over the beach. There is a small gym with lots of cardio, one leg machine, one chest machine one back machine, one arm machine and one ab machine. There are also tennis/pickleball courts behind the parking garage. The condo was very quiet and comfortable, the master bed was a very comfortable king sz. purple mattress. There is an on-suite bathroom to the master, two bunks in the hall and a walk-in shower in the hall. The kitchen was well equipped sporting even a crockpot. The living room is larger than most condos of this design and the balcony was super useful and the views are stunning. We went during January, and even tho it was cold, we were able to walk the beach once it warmed up in the afternoon, and the balcony which faces the sun, warmed up so much that you could lay out there and get some much needed warmth and sun and even open the doors in the afternoon. At night we enjoyed the hot tub. Very close to Alys, Rosemary, Seaside and shopping

A couple things to note, one is that elevators are very quick. No need to worry being so many floors high. The other is that the location is perfect. I loved being a couple miles from the hustle and bustle. The beach is quieter here with more space to spread out. Several great food options close by. I recommend salty sues! Thank you!

I looked and looked before selecting this condo and I’m so glad I did
incredibly clean, so organized with a whole binder of information, and owners were fast to reply and provided all the details we needed for check-in in advance. Location was wonderful and covered parking was a plus! Great condo.
