When you step into this condominium residence you know that you're in a vacation spot designed for a memorable family vacation: great views, big rooms, well-equipped, beautiful beach, large pool and a location that’s convenient to everything. Beach service included during season. But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. Just look at the balcony photos and picture yourself relaxing with your morning coffee out here. In fact, you’ll want to bring your binoculars along so that you can enjoy watching the dolphins playing in the water. It’ll feel like you can reach out and touch them. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day. Every room in MariSol 701 is special. The living room is well appointed. It features a brand new and very comfortable sofa with a love seat alongside. The photos show how roomy and comfortable the living area is. We just added a 70” big screen TV to enjoy too! Plenty of room for the whole family. The open gourmet KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids you’ve got everything you need to please the family. The DINING AREA comfortably seats six and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf. The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath with a stand up shower and garden tub. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the 50” big screen TV that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE which is really nice. The SECOND MASTER is equally well appointed with a KING as well. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. The third bedroom, not so much. It’s mattress on the bed was hard as a rock and not a lot of moving around room but other than that, it was a great place to stay. The bathrooms were also great. With a lot of room. It’s clean and tastefully decorated. There was plenty of room for everyone and parking was very easy! I did have questions checking in and they were responsive quickly. I personally would add info about the garbage chute and maybe be a little more clear about the codes being different for lobby and the door to condo. I read the code for the fitness and gate, but failed to realize this was for the front door to lobby too. We had to rely on kindness of strangers on getting into the lobby the first time.
