Helen sent us all of the info we needed the day before arrival. The door code was easy to use and the unit was thoroughly clean. Our only complaint was that the parking situation was very inconvenient, especially for me with my husband in a wheelchair. One of the 3 parking floors was closed for repairs so we usually had to park across the street from the building. We, of course, realize that neither Helen nor the management could have done anything about it but it would have been wonderful if there had been a reserved parking space. All in all, we enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony, the unit was comfortable and clean and we would definitely rent this condo again! ##### Edie S. We cooked on the gas grill a couple nights, that was a nice accommodation to have. We parked across the street due to tight parking under the condos but that wasn’t an issue for us. The property was easy to get to and the condo was awesome. My favorite part was the balcony. All the great furniture out there was great and made the evening/morning a great place to see and listen to the ocean. The condo was decorated beautiful and had plenty of seating in the living room area. Our stay was short but I will definitely keep this property in mind for future stays. The only negative that I can say and this is not the faulty of the condo owner is the parking.
