This professionally decorated condo has a West Indies feel allowing you to fully enjoy your beach getaway. But even the beautiful décor cannot compete with the views you will enjoy from the balcony and windows. We know Southern Hospitality and are anxious to make you feel as much at home in our place as we do when we are there. You deserve the full luxury treatment that our unit and Tidewater can deliver. The fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops will make preparing your meals easy AND fun. All you need to whip up snacks for the beach, or a gourmet dining extravaganza is there for your use. There’s a coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, microwave, and all baking and cooking utensils you will need. A dining room table makes it easy to relax and linger over a fine meal. Or you can eat quickly at the Kitchen counter with bar stools. The Master Suite is designed with comfort in mind. A dramatic King sized bed with Premium Quality Mattress envelopes you at the end of the day for a wonderful night’s sleep. All our furniture is high quality and a fully appointed bathroom with tub allows you to escape from the pressures of vacationing if you need to! A Flat screen TV and DVD player are there to further enhance your relaxing getaway. Blackout curtains let you sleep uninterrupted. You let in the Glorious Florida Sunshine when YOU choose to! The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, also with TV and DVD player, so your guests can have privacy and get a good night’s sleep or stay entertained. Both rooms have dressers for plenty of storage space so you can unpack, put the suitcases away and not think about having to return home. The Living Room also has a 40' Flat Screen TV and DVD player with plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining after your vacationing day has ended. We also have stocked the condo with a collection of Beach Themed DVD’s! We know you don’t come to the beach to stay inside and watch TV! But sometimes you might need an escape from all that sunshine and sand. The sofa can accommodate 1 for a total of 5 Guests but it is not a pull-out sleeper or Futon. It is a couch, and 1 person can sleep on it with the provided sheets and pillow. There are also books and games and puzzles for those days when you’re just beached out (As if that can really ever happen??!) Our paradise is business friendly too! High Speed internet and Wi-Fi means you can bring your computer if you HAVE to work or stay in touch. There is a safe provided with free-of-charge access for you to lock your valuables in if you want to. A washer and dryer are in the laundry room to keep everyone crisp and clean during your stay so you can travel light. These amenities are all provided to you for no extra cost – it’s just a part of your luxury vacation in our condo at Tidewater. Tidewater is one of Panama City Beach's most popular resorts with amenities that are second to none. Located in the prestigious West End, Tidewater features impressive amenities on 635 feet of crystal white sand. Swim in one of our two lagoon size, beach side swimming pools and Jacuzzis, or enjoy the heated, indoor pool, fitness center, steam room and sauna. You can see great sunsets from the balcony and all main areas. Two rental chairs and umbrella included was very nice to have but if you want front row, you need to get in line before they open at 8:30\. Also, be prepared with patience. The elevators are definitely an issue especially during check-in and checkout times. We took the majority of our things to our car the night before checking out to avoid full elevators and no luggage carts. It worked. Saw many frustrated people waiting to get on elevators with all their things.Beach and water were perfect! My mom, sister, boyfriend, and I had an amazing time at the Tidewater condo. Great location and the view was awesome! The amenities of the property were a nice bonus even though the wristbands had to be purchased for an additional price. I was only able to get the wristband to work once to open doors, but thankfully there's a backup code given to get around. Slept like a rock in the comfy bed. Staff was pleasant and extremely helpful and friendly. The only down side to the whole stay was the elevators. If you were in a hurry, out of luck. Shortest wait was 2 minutes at 5 am. Longest was 15 minutes at 3 pm. Beach and pools were amazing! ##### Terri L. Yes the elavators get busy on Saturday and Sunday at check times but only for a short time . Everything in the unit was clean and functional. The pool was nice and the beach service provided was an extra perk. Just try and plan your day around the elevators for the best experience. They are easy to get 1st thing in the morning and late in the evening. If you are going down, I recommend just taking the stairs. ##### BETH P. Spacious, well stocked, appreciated having an extra fan and beach items, king bed was very comfortable. Washer/Dryer may need to be replaced soon. The dryer makes a horrible noise. We used that table for every dinner meal as our friends whom were staying at Tidewater too would come eat with us. If so could make any recommendations it would be to change out the curtains for pull down black out shades. We enjoyed our time and would stay at this condo again. Walking distance to pier park & other restaurants. Even grocery carts to help get all of your groceries to your room! The only downfall we had was elevators, but learned quickly if the door opened just get on! After that we had no wait! The owners have the unit furnished so well we had everything we needed. The included beach service for 2 chairs & umbrella was a nice bonus. Communication with the owners was easy and Bill was quick to respond to any questions. We had zero issues though. The beds were very comfy and the view from the corner unit is stunning. We are planning to stay in this unit again when we return in September. \*The elevators are very busy at check in & check out times on the weekends (which is no fault of the owners) so just try to avoid them at those times and you will have the best stay at this property. I give our condo a 5/5 but I give Tide Water a 2/5\. The elevators were awful. We waited anywhere from 10-30 minutes just for an elevator. We took the steps most of the time. There are 30 floors and only 5 working elevators for the entire resort. If it wasn’t for the elevators I would stay in our condo every time we come down but I don’t want to spend so much of my vacation waiting on elevators. ##### Abby F. The main complaint I’d have regarding this property is not the condo at all. It was well equipped, comfortable, well decorated, and had a beautiful view. The complaint is regarding the elevators. One set of elevators was broken for the first 3-4 days of our trip making getting from the ground floor to/from the 10th floor very difficult at times with wait times of over 20-30 minutes. At times, it was just easier to take the steps. For some, that may be impossible or when bringing up groceries for anyone, a very taxing chore. The elevators were working properly the last couple of days with much less wait times making the remainder of the stay more convenient. ##### Kori W. We stayed for five days. The view from the condo was amazing the view of the beaches were amazing great views of Panama City. The Condo was very clean and up-to-date. Had way more space than I had expected. The property manager as well super fast and responding back if I needed anything. Overall, we loved the condo. We definitely will be back. The only issue that we had our entire stay was not with the condo itself. It was the elevators. Tidewater has seven elevators and only one out of the five days were they working so most of the time we had to walk down 10 flight of stairs to go to the beach. That being said, we did have a couple of issues and reached out to the owner and did receive timely responses. The dryer does not dry very quick and makes a screeching sound when operating (said parts had been ordered but not come in yet), the wood flooring had several gaps, some quite large and could be a liability hazard if someone's toe caught on it and tripped and the front door lock only locks if you pull the door back a little due to a loose strike plate. All of these things were pointed out and Bill says he is having them addressed so hopefully will be fixed before the next guest. This property states in its listing "Luxury abounds in ...our corner unit. Awe-inspiring panoramic view of the Gulf Coast and the sites of PCB right from your living room windows". When you walk out on the balcony you don't see a panoramic view. You see a concrete wall to your left and a side view of the ocean. I wish I could leave a picture here!! The balcony is very small vs the other balconies at this resort. This unit is not a corner unit but an END unit corner being to the street. From the living room window you do see down the street which at this time is full of construction and demolition. Not what I wanted to be looking at on my vacation. When we arrived there were only a few towels in the condo for 4 people, no linens for the couch as stated in the listing. We did arrive very late and I did not message the owner until the next morning. The sheets didn't arrive until another day later. He did offer for us to go buy more towels/linens but I didn't want to take time out of my vacay to go shopping for his unit. There were extra pillows in the unit but again no pillow cases to use on these pillows. When I did ask the owner about the view this is what I was I told. "As for the view I don’t know what to say......I am sure you will leave us a poor review but there isn’t anything I can do about the view." I wanted a full ocean view and pictures depicted such.
