An awe-inspiring panoramic view of the Gulf Coast and the sites of Panama City Beach right from your living room windows. Hear the break of each wave from your living room balcony and catch the show put on by dolphins. This professionally decorated condo has a West Indies feel allowing you to fully enjoy your beach getaway. But even the beautiful décor cannot compete with the views you will enjoy from the balcony and windows. We know Southern Hospitality and are anxious to make you feel as much at home in our place as we do when we are there. You deserve the full luxury treatment that our unit and Tidewater can deliver. The fully equipped kitchen with gorgeous granite countertops will make preparing your meals easy AND fun. All you need to whip up snacks for the beach, or a gourmet dining extravaganza is there for your use. There’s a coffee maker, blender, mixer, toaster, microwave, and all baking and cooking utensils you will need. A dining room table makes it easy to relax and linger over a fine meal. Or you can eat quickly at the Kitchen counter with bar stools. The Master Suite is designed with comfort in mind. A dramatic King sized bed with Premium Quality Mattress envelopes you at the end of the day for a wonderful night’s sleep. All our furniture is high quality and a fully appointed bathroom with tub allows you to escape from the pressures of vacationing if you need to! A Flat screen TV and DVD player are there to further enhance your relaxing getaway. Blackout curtains let you sleep uninterrupted. You let in the Glorious Florida Sunshine when YOU choose to! The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, also with TV and DVD player, so your guests can have privacy and get a good night’s sleep or stay entertained. Both rooms have dressers for plenty of storage space so you can unpack, put the suitcases away and not think about having to return home. The Living Room also has a 40' Flat Screen TV and DVD player with plenty of room for relaxing and entertaining after your vacationing day has ended. We also have stocked the condo with a collection of Beach Themed DVD’s! We know you don’t come to the beach to stay inside and watch TV! But sometimes you might need an escape from all that sunshine and sand. The sofa can accommodate 1 for a total of 5 Guests but it is not a pull-out sleeper or Futon. It is a couch, and 1 person can sleep on it with the provided sheets and pillow. There are also books and games and puzzles for those days when you’re just beached out (As if that can really ever happen??!) Our paradise is business friendly too! High Speed internet and Wi-Fi means you can bring your computer if you HAVE to work or stay in touch. There is a safe provided with free-of-charge access for you to lock your valuables in if you want to. A washer and dryer are in the laundry room to keep everyone crisp and clean during your stay so you can travel light. These amenities are all provided to you for no extra cost – it’s just a part of your luxury vacation in our condo at Tidewater. Tidewater is one of Panama City Beach's most popular resorts with amenities that are second to none. Located in the prestigious West End, Tidewater features impressive amenities on 635 feet of crystal white sand. Swim in one of our two lagoon size, beach side swimming pools and Jacuzzis, or enjoy the heated, indoor pool, fitness center, steam room and sauna. There is also a 5000 square foot conference center, movie theater, on-site restaurant and video game room where kids of all ages can play. The Emerald Coast, known for its clear emerald-green water, is on the western panhandle of Florida that has the famed “Sugar Beach” so called because the nearly pure white super fine silica sand which has the consistency of sugar. Beautiful view from the balcony, but you're on the side of the building, not in front of the ocean. Great location, walking distance to Pier Park, restaurants. Easy access to the beach and pools. One hot tub was very cold on one of the days. We went over Thanksgiving holiday, it was pretty quiet, we had no issues with the elevators as others have mentioned (no waiting lines), the cost was very reasonable. Plenty of dishes, utensils, cups. It fits 4 people comfortably, 5 is stretching it unless you really need it and the 5th person doesn't mind sleeping on the couch (not pull out, it's not a twin bed). The interior is a very basic outdated rental apartment, not a luxurious nor professionally decorated by any means, could definitely use an update. The bathrooms didn't have enough toilet paper for 5 people. The dishwasher was loaded when we arrived, I alerted the owner and noticed the same issue in other reviews, so it's probably normal for their cleaners not to unload. Couple of dirty dishes in the cabinets, probably came from the dishwasher, you have to set it on heavy for it to work properly. Normal/auto setting didn't clean well. We registered at TideWater for our stay and the directions said no need to register at front desk but we did need to so that was confusing upon arrival. Unfortunately our unit was not clean I didnt contact owner thats on me. We couldn’t see sunrise but the sunset is such a beautiful site it makes up for it! The condo is beautiful and the host was amazing also. The host got back with me with any questions I asked and also let us get in early the day we arrived! Almost all of the elevators were broken, so you had to wait 30 minutes to go anywhere. The condo itself was nice, however.. it was dirty. Dishes still in the dishwasher, sand all over the floor, pretty sure there was black mold in the bathroom shower. The tiny tv in the queen room was bad enough on its own, but not having a remote made it worse. Only 4 coat hangers in the whole condo. The top of the fridge was so dirty we could write our name in it. The hallway bathroom toilet was being leveled by cardboard pieces. This condo could be perfect with a few upgrades (it was very well stocked and a great location) and if was cleaned really well. Needless to say, we had to wash our sheets, wipe down everything, unload the dishwasher, clean the shower, vacuum and mop (had to wash the nasty mop head first) before we could even unpack for the week! ##### Mandy E. Condo is spacious and had everything we needed. You can see great sunsets from the balcony and all main areas. Two rental chairs and umbrella included was very nice to have but if you want front row, you need to get in line before they open at 8:30\. Also, be prepared with patience. The elevators are definitely an issue especially during check-in and checkout times. We took the majority of our things to our car the night before checking out to avoid full elevators and no luggage carts. It worked. Saw many frustrated people waiting to get on elevators with all their things.Beach and water were perfect! Would stay here again but not during peak season just because of the sheer amount of people that could possibly stay here with 30 floors. ##### Amy L. This property states in its listing "Luxury abounds in ...our corner unit. Awe-inspiring panoramic view of the Gulf Coast and the sites of PCB right from your living room windows". When you walk out on the balcony you don't see a panoramic view. You see a concrete wall to your left and a side view of the ocean. I wish I could leave a picture here!! The balcony is very small vs the other balconies at this resort. This unit is not a corner unit but an END unit corner being to the street. From the living room window you do see down the street which at this time is full of construction and demolition. Not what I wanted to be looking at on my vacation. When we arrived there were only a few towels in the condo for 4 people, no linens for the couch as stated in the listing. We did arrive very late and I did not message the owner until the next morning. The sheets didn't arrive until another day later. He did offer for us to go buy more towels/linens but I didn't want to take time out of my vacay to go shopping for his unit. There were extra pillows in the unit but again no pillow cases to use on these pillows. When I did ask the owner about the view this is what I was I told. "As for the view I don’t know what to say......I am sure you will leave us a poor review but there isn’t anything I can do about the view." I wanted a full ocean view and pictures depicted such. The main complaint I’d have regarding this property is not the condo at all. It was well equipped, comfortable, well decorated, and had a beautiful view. The complaint is regarding the elevators. One set of elevators was broken for the first 3-4 days of our trip making getting from the ground floor to/from the 10th floor very difficult at times with wait times of over 20-30 minutes. At times, it was just easier to take the steps. For some, that may be impossible or when bringing up groceries for anyone, a very taxing chore. The elevators were working properly the last couple of days with much less wait times making the remainder of the stay more convenient. ##### Kori W. After many back and forth's we decided it wasn't worth driving into a storm that we had no control over. In speaking with the owner he was very understanding and was great to work with.
