It’s close to Rosemary, Seaside, etc., but far enough away that you’re not dealing with all the crowds. This was our favorite house we have rented down here. The house was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was exceptionally stocked. We loved that the house had screened in porches on both floors. We love the neighborhood and this year at feelin tipsea did not disappoint! The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything you need including cookware, small appliances, etc. The beach walk is reasonable with beach access directly across the street but we did rent a golf cart which made life easier. Beaches weren’t crowded either. Bike rides along 30a were great too! Neighborhood is Close to Alys beach so we enjoyed morning bike rides to breakfast/coffee shops.
