Jun 28, 2025 #### "Not for guest use" The house itself was nice, lots of space for us as a family. However, there were some things I would like to have known prior to booking. The garage is "not for guest use." We would have liked to secure our fishing gear and beach items in the garage, but we're not able to as it was not for guest use. The beach wagon that was listed in the property description was also "not for guest use" when I asked about where I could find it. The beach chairs in the description are 3 children sized and 1 adult sized chair. The pantry is locked so again, not for guest use. The master bedroom closet is also locked and not for guest use. I would have liked to hang my clothes up. The house was clean, and decorated nicely, but I feel the items that aren't for guest use should be included in the property description. We loved the large couch and the back patio. However, i wish the listing would have informed ua of some things before hand. While the listing mentions a beach wagon to use, when i asked where it was located i was told it "is not for guest use." I also asked about how to open the garage so we could store our beach and fishing gear and was told, "its not for guest use." The closet in the master, also "not for guest use." The pantry in the kitchen, "not for guest use." I would have liked to know this information prior to booking. I may have still booked, but i felt like being a guest at this property was more of a nuisance for the owners. There was also a stain on the couch in the living room and we were told that someone would be by to clean it that day, but no one ever came any of the 6 days we were there. ##### Amber G.
