Close enough to the beach but still affordable, great amenities, kids loved the pool to end each day, which was easy to walk to (2 minute walk), every tourist attraction in town was no more than a 15-20 minutes drive (that’s with traffic). At less busy times of the day, drive times were 5-10 minutes at most from shops, restaurants or tourist attractions. There is a locked gate going from the area to the beach access, which was nice. Beware the wildlife. The neighborhood backs up to a wetland area. We did see two snakes, one in the front, one in the back. There were a couple of mechanical issues that I mentioned to the property manager. He said he would send maintenance to check them out. Otherwise, the condo was spacious and clean. We enjoyed the stay. ##### Monica R.
