The house is a short walk to the beach, has a lovely elevated deck, and guests will enjoy peaceful park views from an upstairs balcony. An open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area encompass the first floor. Rich cherry molding surrounds floor-to-ceiling windows and French doors that flood the space with natural light and wooded views. The spacious kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a raised island that seats 3\. A long dining table next to the kitchen seats 6\. A wrap-around sofa and armchair in the living area are joined by a smaller dining table that seats 4\. A double pair of French doors open to an elevated outdoor deck with lounge chairs, an outdoor shower with privacy doors, and a small table to enjoy lunch or a game of cards. A primary bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms are on the second floor. A guest bedroom with a queen bed shares a bathroom with a shower/tub combo with a second guest bedroom. This second guest bedroom has a king bed and a door that opens to a large wrap-around balcony with lovely views of Triangle Park. Down the hall is a writing desk and a primary bedroom with a king bed, a private bathroom with a shower, and French doors that open to the balcony. A small table with chairs on the balcony creates a beautiful space to sit, enjoy morning coffee or tea, and listen to birdsong from the park. A spiral staircase leads to a third-floor loft with a cozy living room with a wrap-around sofa, flat-screen TV, and a separate bedroom with 2 twin beds with trundles and a private bathroom with a shower. This particular property has an extremely well stocked kitchen, which was important for us. The welcome amenities are a nice touch and the supplied linens and towels were more than adequate as well. We reported an issue with a thermostat and the reply was very timely and maintenance arrived quickly to resolve the issue. Location was very convenient with a short walk to the beach.
