DETAILS: Pickleton Place is a wonderful 3-story, 7-bedroom, 7.5-bathroom home that sleeps 22 in the Inlet Beach community. Guests will love the pool table, rooftop deck with Gulf views, and the outdoor entertainment area with a private pool, pickleball/tennis courts, and more. The nearest beach access is only a 2-minute walk!  
  
Discover the ultimate entertainment hub on the first floor, with a wet bar and game room featuring a pool table and a crystal chess board. Access the covered outdoor kitchen from here, where guests can enjoy the natural gas grill, alfresco dining table, and seating next to an outdoor fireplace. Sit poolside in 4 loungers or take a dip in the private pool before relaxing in the attached sitting spa. And prepare for some friendly competition in the side yard, boasting a pickleball/tennis court that doubles as a half basketball court. After a day of fun in the sun, retreat to the 2 guest bedrooms on this floor with private bathrooms—1 bedroom with a king bed and 1 bunk room with 2 twin-over-twin beds.  
  
Take the stairs or in-home elevator to access the second-floor great room. Relax and unwind in the living area on comfortable furnishings surrounding an electric fireplace and an impressive 85†TV. Enjoy access to the second-floor balcony with comfy seating off the great room. The pristine white kitchen has granite countertops, high-end appliances, and a large island that doubles as a 5-stool breakfast bar. An adjoining dining area offers a mix of chair and bench seating for guests. A primary bedroom provides a king bed and a private balcony with 2 lounge chairs.  
  
The third floor offers versatility for sleeping arrangements—3 guest bedrooms with king beds (2 with a private balcony) and 1 playful bunk room with 2 full-over-full beds. There’s also a laundry room and a coffee bar.

The vip service is very good Problems from day one, elevator broken and had to wait to have it fixed Had to leave our bonfire experience early because pool alarm door kept going offSo we waited to have them come and fix. With someone having to push the alarm every 30 seconds or so the alarm wouldn’t blare. Fireplace in livingroom doesn’t workOutdoor fireplace doesn’t workAnd the place needs a deep cleaning Ceiling fan in first floor bedroom is grossMost of furniture has some stains and some of carpets as well.And a very weird smell in staircase lower section.For the price, wouldn’t rent again

#### Family Easter Beach trip

The space worked well for the size of our family. We enjoyed having the courts and swimming pool with the beach close to keep everyone entertained. The only downside was that the neighbors were so close.
