The unit was beautiful & we liked the blue tones that flowed with the ocean hues. The balcony was huge & we loved the view from the 17th floor. There were four elevators & it was not a problem to go & come. We liked that there was a sofa bed so we had plenty of sleeping room. There were a couple of issues, but the owner has someone on site & they were handled in a timely manner. I will say (and this is no reflection on the owner) that Emerald Isle is very strict about wearing your wristband & absolutely no beverages by the hot tub or pool. I understand about the wristbands, but to not be able to sip on water from a plastic bottle is a little extreme. But we had a wonderful time! ##### Betty C. The only thing I would suggest is bringing extra bath towels. We stayed 4 nights, 5 days with 3 adults and one toddler and didn’t have near enough towels. Other than that, it was perfect! The view is amazing from the 17th floor. Please pay attention to the rip currents and red/double red flags. There was a guest from this condo who was pulled out by the rip current and unfortunately did not survive. The flags are no joke. Thank you for a great stay Helen! ##### Kaylie S. Probably asking a lot on this but. 2\. Tile floors need to be swept/vacuumed and MOPPED. Our feet were black from walking on the dirty floors. 3\.
