When checking in, we waited an hour to get on and anytime we tried going anywhere (up or down) we waited for 20-30 minutes. Absolute insanity!!! The staff were really nice and tried helping, but what can they really do about them. It is a company issue. The room looked as stated online. Being a corner room it had beautiful views. Plenty of space, unlike other units I’ve stayed. The bed and couch were very comfortable! Definitely a positive. The downfall was that the trashcan lid was broke and was taped on. Therefore it would not stay open. In the fridge there were two broken drawers and in order to use one of them I had to hold up with one hand and put things in with the other. The freezer did not make ice either. ##### Niki C.
