The property is phenomenal. The property manager is very quick to respond. The beach is a short walk away. There is a lot to love about the place. From the moment we walked in, we knew it was going to be a good place to center our family vacation around. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing beach house.

Wonderful, clean property. So comfortable and perfect for our needs. A couple of the streaming TVs were not working. Also the kitchen has tools and plenty of dishes but is completely bare of things like sugar or oil — just so you know to bring your own.

10/10 would recommend booking this for your next family / friend vacation. Listing pictures don’t do the space justice. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and there was way more than enough space to be comfortable! Could definitely fit 6 adults and 6 kids comfortably. Pool is perfect for cooling off. Golf cart is perfect for scooting around town. Location is perfect for families, situated among Christian dorm housing, I was never concerned for riff raff.

#### Phenomenal Condo

The Fins condo is absolutely beautiful, in a great location, and has all the essential items you need. We were a family of 11 & had plenty of space! We enjoyed how each room had king size beds as well as TVs. Access to the beach was convenient (easy to drive golf cart & park or 2-3 min walk). We loved having the golf cart to explore the area as well. The weather was colder during our Spring Break stay so it was a nice accommodation to have the heated pool. The pool was serviced while we were at the property & the pool guys were extremely friendly in making us aware of needing to wait 2 hours for the chemicals to dissolve before we got back in to swim. The host were great at answering all questions & responding in a quick manner. I highly recommend this condo & we will certainly book again.

#### Already planning to book for next summer!

This place is super accommodating and the host was more than helpful and quick to respond with any questions! We had 10 of us and there was more than enough space for all of us to stay. The beach is literally within walking distance. My girls’ 5,6,10 stayed in the pool nonstop. There’s tv’s in every single room and everything was organized nice and neatly for easy access. I would give this place a 100/100 if I could. We enjoyed our stay and are already trying to plan our trip back here next year!

#### Great place - loved it

The Fin's house was very nice. We loved the master on the main with all the kids room's upstairs. The king beds were the best! The house was very clean and the beds were very comfy. The mattresses are all protected with a plastic protector - which is understandable, but it needs to have another softer protector on top of that. The kitchen was great but very sparse. It did have everything we needed but for a large group it could use more plates, more cups, and more silverware. The pool is tiny but fit our needs perfectly. We asked them to heat it and that was wonderful. The golf cart was awesome. You really don't need it to get to the beach since the house is so close but we used it to travel down front beach road to go to the Carousel grocery store. It would be nice if the house supplied beach chairs. Most VRBO's that we have used had chairs. That was an additional expense (renting chairs).

Perfect house in a perfect location, literally 3 mins walk from beach access. The house had everything and the pool was amazing. We loved having the golf cart and everyone used it throughout our stay.

#### Wonderful experience!

We recently stayed in the home with my family (6 adults & 5 children). The home was spacious, clean and worked out perfectly for our group. The home is just minutes away from the beach access and the golf cart was a huge help throughout the week. The neighborhood surrounding the house seems to be an older area and rebuilding is in process. Overall it was a quiet area and was close to restaurants and shops! Would definitely book this house again for future vacations.

#### Amazing Location and Pool!

We LOVED our stay! The house is brand new and updated with everything we needed! The pool was such a nice plus, and you can't beat the location. Its only a block from the beach, which is gorgeous! I would absolutely recommend staying there.

#### Hands down our favorite beach vacation spot!! Amazing location & amenities!

Our family (mom, dad, 13 year old boy,12 year old boy, 11 year old girl, and 9 year old girl) and our best friends family (mom, dad and 13 year old boy) LOVED our stay!! Super close to the beach, restaurants, stores, pier park, etc) having the pool in the backyard was perfect for beach breaks and night swimming!! Definitely go for the golf cart add on!! We loved having it!! We grilled out - nice grill!! Make sure you bring beach chairs or plan to rent! Large kitchen - limited cookware If you are making big meals but very well stocked other than that! The house was very clean and decorated super cute!! Bathrooms were amazing! The outdoor shower was perfect for rinsing off after the beach! I’m picky with irons and typically bring mine but the iron there worked great! We had to go buy hangers but we left them there so hopefully no one else will have to go get any :) Overall we LOVED it and we will be back for sure!!!
