The home is settled in the exclusive gated community LaValencia on the west end of Panama City Beach. Guests have access to the private beach front exclusive community pool with gated access and private beach access. This pool is not heated. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths, full size laundry room, large kitchen and dining area. You have a gas grill on the bottom deck as well as room to eat outside if you choose. There is even a separate table for the little ones. Master bedroom located upstairs has a King bed, a sitting area and desk. The master bath has a garden tub and stand up shower and large walk in closet. Master also has a private balcony thru the french doors in the bedroom. The second bedroom upstairs has a King bed and the last one has 2 sets of twin bunk beds. There's a bedroom downstairs with a King bed. LaValencia is on the west end of Panama City Beach. The west end is quite and not as much traffic, however at the same time you have a Publix and Winn Dixie right around the corner from the house. There is a Dunkin Donuts, Waffle House, Seafood restaurant & CVS . You are also a short ten minute drive from the beautiful Rosemary shopping center and beach. You are also a 10 minute drive from Pier Park (our outdoor mall and Frank Brown park.) Come and truly enjoy your vacation that everyone dreams about. Minimum booking age 25 please. It was the perfect setup and stocked well for a family with little ones. The walk to the beach is doable and the gated community feels very safe and quiet. The kitchen is also very well equipped so you don't have to eat out for every meal. Loved that Publix was 5 minutes down the road as well. It was very cute and clean. (The rooms that are not pictured are also very nice- no worries) The property manager, Lisa was the best! Very nice and quick to respond to any questions. There were lots of beach toys and chairs, and access to the beach was an easy walk. The pool is a little on the smallish side, but is fine for kids, so donā€™t expect anything grand. We appreciated that the pool area bathrooms were kept clean. The beach was great- this was in July- there were lots of people, but definitely not as crowded as a public beach access. Our 5 year old granddaughter was also with us and we all had a tremendous and relaxing vacation. We enjoyed preparing meals together in the spacious kitchen and of course loved exploring local restaurants. The gated community was so easy to navigate and could not have been more conveniently located short of being RIGHT ON THE BEACH. The bonus of a beach front swimming pool was a special treat for our granddaughter for evening swims in the steamy heat of the summer. The house had everything we needed and more. Having a golf cart to help take our beach chairs, umbrellas, and a pregnant mama to the beach was handy. Though we brought our own, we were surprised to find beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys abundantly in the garage. The gas grill on the back deck was sufficient for our purposes but a little on the small side and we were happy to clean it up before and after we used it. These hosts have just covered every detail and obviously work hard to keep everything in pristine condition. There is just nothing to criticize!
