The condo its self could use some maintenence. No extra towels in the cabinets. No extra things in the kitchen, just the basics. Just needs to be more like a home and not a motel. Sep 10, 2024 Liked: Check-in, communication, location Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy #### Not a well kept condo I would like to say that communication with the team that runs this condo was good, they were friendly and very helpful. Checking in to the property was fairly easy as well. As for the condo itself, it was grimey and not well kept. All of the furniture was falling apart, lining on the floor of the shower was falling off and exposed lots of mold and mildew. The floors were so dirty they left our feet black after walking around. We also took a look at the air filter and it definitely has not been changed in over a year. This condo needs an extreme deep cleaning and new furniture. If the owner were to do this I think it would be a wonderful place to stay in PCB. As of right now I do not believe I would rebook. ##### Coleman C.
