When not at the beach, relax the stress away in the shared hot tub, enjoy a refreshing dip in one of the two shared pools or have a family cookout at one of the community charcoal grills while playing a friendly game of shuffleboard. With so much to do this is the ideal spot for your next relaxing beach vacation.
Endless Summer is a multi-building low rise (3 story) condominium complex on the West side of Panama City Beach and sits just across Front Beach Road from the beautiful emerald shore. This condo unit is located on the second floor of building D and accessed by stairs only. With a short walk to convenient dining spots such as the popular Mike’s Oyster Bar and less than a two mile drive to the dining and shopping of Pier Park you are close enough to all the action but far enough away to relax the stress away.
Ready to hit the beach? Check out the storage bin on the deck to grab the provided wagon and load it up for your quick trek across the road to the sandy beach. You might also find some decent beach chairs and umbrellas in the bin as well but those are subject to change depending on condition as the salt air and sand tends to be harsh on them. Oh, and don’t forget the beach towels! A small stash of our personal beach towels are left out for your use if needed. And with the private in unit Washer and Dryer, you won’t have to worry about reusing those sandy towels. Just throw them in the wash and they are fresh and ready to go the next day.
Has your clan started to chant “FEED ME”? The fully furnished kitchen features full size stainless steel appliances (Range, Microwave, Refrigerator and Dishwasher) and all the cookware you need to make cooking for your family a snap.
Want to just chill? Grab an ice-cold beverage and step out onto the private covered balcony overlooking the pool to enjoy the breeze and the sound of the trickling water fountain or kick back and watch some Cable TV on one of the two provided flat screen TV’s.
Feeling a little tech savvy? This unit provides free Wifi, streaming devices so you can stream your favorite movies or shows directly from your device to the TV’s, and two home automation displays (1 Living Room, 1 Bedroom) for home automation and general information. We’ve also tried to provide as many charging options as we can with cords for various devices on both nightstands and built in USB plugs at the bar for those bring your own cord situations.
