THE VIEW – Breathtaking views abound from this Penthouse condo located on the 11th and 12th floors in the Pinnacle Port Tower “A” building. The top floor living room and balcony offer spectacular views of Gulf. The balcony beach Sunsets are not to be missed!! The dining room and bedroom both offer gorgeous Lake Powell views. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee or breakfast while watching the Sunrise reflected off the pristine sparkling lake waters. THE CONDO - This spacious and inviting 1 bedroom, 2 bath penthouse condo is arranged like a 2 story town home and newly decorated in southern coastal charm. You enter downstairs in the entryway with storage for your beach essentials.
