When booked through Vrbo's website the first payment shown includes Vrbo's Traveler's Service fee that they will charge to the card provided and our ECDI $300 down payment that we will charge separately. Emerald Isle Beach Resort offers great amenities for your relaxation & enjoyment. On the west end of the beach in a less crowded area easy access to all local attraction in our condo directly on the beach. Close to the City Fishing Pier & Pier Park Mall outdoor lifestyle center with concerts, festivals, shopping, restaurants, nightclubs, family oriented entertainment, parades, fireworks and other activities that are great for adults and children alike.

Free Wi-Fi Internet is provided by the resort included at no extra charge.

Professionally decorated condo is a large 2 BR 2 bath unit on the 8th floor. Huge ocean front balcony. This unit features a Master Bedroom with King Size Bed and En-suite bathroom with balcony access, TWO (2) Queen Beds in 2nd Bedroom with attached bathroom along with a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

The kitchen, dining, and living areas are all ceramic tile. Square footage is 1146 with a 247 square foot large balcony. The furnishings are exceptionally beautiful and the unit is tastefully decorated to enhance your vacation experience. The living room and both bedrooms have Flat Screen TV and DVD players..

EMERALD ISLE offers a Gulf-front indoor/outdoor heated pool, an outdoor pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna, and Gulf-front exercise room along with a pool pavilion that features BBQ grills for you cooking enjoyment.

This is a 'NO SMOKING' unit except outside on balcony is permitted.

Emerald Isle Charges a Resort Registration fee of $40 (per condo per visit up to 7 days) to issue 1 parking pass and up to 6 armbands. Additional Parking Passes are $40 each and additional armbands are $1.50 each. This fee is charged to all guests checking in and is not in any way affiliated with us. Monthly renters must renew parking passes each month.

LESS THAN 15 DAYS IN ADVANCE OF CHECK IN DATE: The total amount due will be charged to the credit or debit card you provide including a 4% Convenience fee.
