Perfectly located just steps away from the sand with a majestic oceanfront view from the 18th floor. Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. King size bed in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. Spacious10 and a half foot balcony has plenty of seating. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion. On the last night of our stay another guest threw a full beer bottle from their top balcony at our group that was playing volleyball. We didn’t have any contact with them before. We called security who called the police. Absolutely nothing was done. Lee Ann, the head of security didn’t care, and was extremely rude. I also called Mark Caron and didn’t get a return call from him either. Helen Phillips with VRBO at least responded but there have been no updates. The pictures really do not to do it justice. The check in process was simple. Luggage carts were available to use to take our things up to our unit. Parking was never and issue and we liked the security of the cameras in the garage as well as security walking around. The building and grounds itself was kept nice and clean, from the landscaping to pool area. We were very impressed with the speed of the elevators. We honestly never waited more the 30-45 seconds for an elevator. The unit itself was gorgeous. The decorations give it that beachy feel while also making it comfortable. Helen did not leave any detail out with this unit. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything you could need. The balcony was one of my families favorite spots. The furniture was extremely nice and the views of the water and the sunsets were beautiful. Having the beach service was very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and and will definitely rent from Helen again. ##### Baranda A.
