There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. Everything was tidy and clean, as well as anything you may need to enjoy your stay was provided. The view from the balcony was beautiful.. I could set there for hours. My advice for others.. Due to parking being across the street..Bring a beach wagon, it will make it easier to get things from your car to the condo. The location is great and within close proximity to everything. Two things to be aware of are the parking situation and the pool. Neither are deal breakers, but worth noting. Parking is off site across the street unless you have a specific pass which allows you to park on the actual property. The pool is small and covered from the sun most of the day due to its location underneath the building structure. It gets crowded quickly.
