There are 2 queen sized beds in the guest bedroom( \*\*\*on August 16th, 2024 this room will become master bed room with King Bed)and one queen in the master suite. There are 2 piers in Panama and both cost $3 to walk them. The one closest to Pier Park is further out into the Gulf so it's more worth it if you can only do 1 pier. They do stamp your hand so you can go on and off it all day. On the pier a lot of people fish so watch for them hooks. From what I was told to fish in Florida you need a salt water and a fresh water licence in order to fish in the different waters. It is right on the beach and the complex has a beautiful pool and amenities. The master sink was leaking. I messaged James and within 2 hours of my message he had called me and had someone come fix the leak. We appreciated his immediate response and action to fix the leak. Pool, restaurant and beach were well maintained and we really enjoyed them all. The condo unit itself was in need of some updating. The decor and fixtures are dated and the living room furniture was pretty worn. The unit was clean, but probably could use a “deep clean” that goes beyond the typical between tenants cleaning. The beach view was absolutely georgeous and we spent a lot of time enjoying on the balcony. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms worked fine for a family of 5\. I’d give the unit a 3.5/5, lots of potential, great location and view, but time for some TLC. Minor thing, but something we noticed a lot - there are no hooks (or similar) in the bathrooms to hang wet towels/suits despite plenty of room for them to be installed. ##### Nicholas M. Everything was perfect with the exception of the master bed- the mattress was terrible. The pullout sofa was more comfortable. Also the kitchen was missing a baking pan when we attempted to bake dinner one night. We would stay here again, I’d just make sure to sleep in a different room. The condo amenities was great- you didn’t have to wait for the elevator very long, oceans had fabulous drinks and the shrimp pizza was to die for! ##### Yvonne H.
