This is the way visiting the beach should be. Sit back and relax in this beautifully decorated and designed condo with plenty of southern charm. You won't ever want to leave this amazing two bedroom and two bathroom condo with beautiful floor to ceiling views of the beautiful beaches of the Emerald Coast! This condo looks over Tower 1 and its beautiful pool! This 8th floor condo sleeps up to eight guests and it features two full baths. The spacious master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV, and private master bath. In the second bedroom, you'll find a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and this bedroom is connected to the second full bathroom with a toilet and shower/tub combo. The living room features a queen sleeper sofa, with an upgraded gel mattress for comfort. There is also bunk beds with twin mattresses, that can sleep two total guests (one on each bed) that bring this unit's ability to sleep up to 8 guests total. If you love to cook or just want a great gathering space for the family, the kitchen and dining area is the perfect space for entertainment. Whether its for dinner or for family game night, there is a huge dining room table and bar seating, which is perfect for breakfast or a quick bite to eat. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including refrigerator, over/stove top and dishwasher. Edgewater is a perfectly placed, centrally located resort along Panama City Beach, with tons of amenities in either direction. We had our two daughters with us (1&3) and it was perfect for them. They had a blast at the pools as well as the beach. Everything was clean and well maintained. The water was the more gorgeous blue i’ve ever seen and the sand was pure white. The condo was perfect and had everything we needed to cook a few times. We were very comfortable! Hope to be back some day! Our favorite spot for milkshakes was Tiki Mikes Exotic Tea and Coffee. Jul 2, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### resort fee without resort luxury it was a very nice unit. had some issues with water staying hot through a shower in the guest bathroom, and some candy wrappers under the beds that didnt belong to us.. yikes! one of the elevators was broken the entire stay, which is an inconvenience of course, but not an end all. we rented chairs in yhe front row for the week for the higher rate and they didnt prevent people with their own chairs and umbrellas from sitting in front of us. have been to edgewater before and they were firm on not letting people in front of the chairs, so that was disappointing and one day we had no access point to the actual ocean from our front row chairs. the unit itslef had everything needed to stay comfortably. we had small children so we utilized the bunk beds and pull out couches for nap times. master shower was spacious but the door was very close to the toilet. ##### tricia m.
