One is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom lagoon-front home and the other is an efficiency cottage on the same property. Lots of room for the family and a little added privacy with the combination of the two homes. This spacious property offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, making it an ideal destination for families and groups of friends. Located just 0.2 miles (or two blocks) from the beautiful white sandy beaches and the vibrant Gulf of Mexico, you'll have easy access to sun, surf, and relaxation. Situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, we ask that you enjoy your stay while being respectful of the property and our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. For beach access, take a stroll down Ocean Drive and cross Thomas Drive directly onto Beach Access 19.
