I was never informed that I would receive an email from someone other than VRBO. Then in that email you have to download a different app to sign a rental agreement to get a code for the door. All but 2 beds had sand in them and clearly were not cleaned. We were told NOT to strip the beds because it was easier for housekeeping. We now know why. The hot tub would not keep temperature and you could only use one set of jets or it sprayed out of a knob that was caulked closed. The pillows were so flat and absolutely horrible. We loved the pool/hot tub and the beach being just steps away. The kitchen was fully stocked and had 2 refrigerators, which is nice when you are cooking for a crowd. All of the beds were comfortable except for the twin trundle bed in one of the bunk rooms(it was almost like a box spring not a mattress). Overall cleanliness was really good. There were a few minor things like air vents/returns that need to be cleaned. Pool towels were provided, which was a bonus! Things we brought/bought: hand soap and toilet paper for bathrooms, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, foil, baggies, seran wrap, and containers with lids for left overs. There were several restaurants and shops within walking distance. The Pier is a 15 min drive away (lots of shops/restaurants/things to do). Walmart is 10-12 mins away, Publix is 4 mins. If you have never had Parlor donuts, they are a must try! If the family decides to stay in PCB again we will most definitely rent this house again!
