Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, private place to stay. Bikers welcome. There's a 2 car garage that will fit only 1 car or SUV. No large pickup trucks will fit in garage, as it is only 18 1/2 feet deep. Smaller trucks might fit in garage but there's plenty if room outside for any size vehicle.. You could even park on front lawn to left of driveway as you pull into driveway. .I have 4 bicycles that can be used. 2 mens and 2 woman's bikes with locks around them so they can be locked up out in public areas. The beach is literally minutes away and about a mile and a half. There's plenty of restaurants around the area and food deliveries available. 1466 sq ft house,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,there's 3 small bedrooms with TV's in each room. I allow you to use my Prime Videos as well as ITTV, where you have access to over 9400 movies, over 225 series and live TV as well. NO RENTALS ALLOWED AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is plenty of TV to watch. Free WIFI and bluetooth speakers inside each bathroom so music could be played while showering.,,,,,,,,,,,,,,If guests stay over on Sunday night or Wednesday night, I ask that the garbage cans be put out on the opposite side of my mailbox and separate the cans about two feet apart so the arm on garbage truck can grab each can without getting in the way of the arm. Monday and Thursday morning at approximately 8 am, the garbage truck arrives. I also ask to start a load of towels in the washing machine and turn it on, before departing on check out day. There's toothbrushes and tooth paste in case someone forgot theirs and they're located inside the bathroom drawer in bathroom attached to bedroom. As well, there are disposable razors if you forgot your razor with shaving cream as well. There's plenty of towels in my house and I ask that you do not keep using a new towel on a daily basis. And I ask that all the additional things that I am supplying for my guests, do not get stolen or walk out as a complete inventory list has been taken and photos taken as well. By stealing towels or toilet paper or extra razors or toothbrushes, it can only make me want to discontinue all the extra things and leave just the necessities at the house as well as leave a question mark as to "WHO STOLE" the blankets or towels, from your stay, at my house.,,,,,,,,, I ask only what you would you want if I was renting out your house...
