The door code was not sent to us. I had to message the owner. I told him that we had bought cold and frozen food for our stay and it was quickly getting warm waiting in our car even with the ignition running. He was apologetic and gave us the lock box combination to be able to get in the room. He said he would work on getting the code sent to us. By this time, it was at least 45 minutes or longer past check in time. Our room was not clean. Nothing had been touched from the previous occupants. Beds were not changed, towels were in a pile in the tub along with hair and toothpaste in the sink and hair in the shower. I again message the owner and he quickly messaged back that he was sending some people right away. An hour and 20 minutes later the cleaning crew came. It took them over an hour to clean the condo. We missed an entire afternoon on the beach that we love so much because I wasn’t about to leave all our belongings with other people in the room. Also, there was actually no where to place our stuff that wasn’t in the way of the housekeeping crew! They didn’t leave enough pool bracelets so I had to message the owner again about that. Someone brought extra pool bracelets on the third day of our trip. Thank goodness we were never asked to show those. No considerations were made for the inconveniences we experienced. We would not stay here again.
