Located on the 3rd floor, this charming retreat offers breathtaking views of the Lagoon Pool from its private balcony. Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, this condo blends comfort, style, and convenience. The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a Keurig and traditional coffee maker, and all the essentials needed for a stress-free stay. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently Primary renter must be at least 21 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit. About the Vacation Rental Unit: Inside, you'll find hand-selected distressed farmhouse furniture, adding a warm and inviting feel to this thoughtfully decorated space. There is also an inside coffee/donut/ice cream shop in the lobby area. There are poolside lockers for guests to purchase for storing valuables when swimming.
