Get "a wave" from it all in our recently renovated 2 bed private home, just a short walk to the world famous Emerald coast and pristine white sand beaches! Located in the desirable, quiet west-end of Panama City Beach, our beach home is the perfect place to kick back and relax on your next beach vacation. We are also pet-friendly!  
  
EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW: new floors, new quartz countertops, new bath tub, new appliances, new high-end furniture and coastal decor throughout. This 2 bed, 1 bath house sleeps 5 to 6 people comfortably. It is perfect for a couple's getaway, family vacation or a trip with friends. You will appreciate the quiet residential neighborhood and close proximity to the beach! Enjoy the short 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Or if you prefer, ride a bike, drive a golf cart or take your own car as there is plenty of parking at the various beach access points nearby.   
  
Our home is located in the desirable and quaint Riviera Beach community on the west end of Panama City Beach. This family-friendly neighborhood is away from the busy crowds but still close to it all! Our home is conveniently located between Pier Park and 30A so you can easily drive to either area for dinner, activities, shopping and various attractions within 10 minutes.   
  
The master bedroom offers a deluxe queen bed, 40-inch Smart TV and plenty of closet space to store luggage and clothing. The second room offers a bunk bed with full bed on bottom and twin bed on top, plus plenty of space in the closet, dresser or underneath the bed to place belongings. Each room offers beautiful, beach-inspired furniture and decor with luxurious linens and comfy pillows. The kitchen is fully stocked so you can easily whip up meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including a premium knife set that makes food prep a breeze. Walk out on to the back patio to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, spend the afternoon reading a book r unwind with a glass of wine or cold beer while barbecuing a delicious dinner and playing corn hole under the string lights. Kids will enjoy plenty of space to run around and an oversized sandbox where they can play and build sand castles.  
  
We offer high-speed internet for streaming videos on multiple devices to ensure everyone in your party can stay entertained throughout the day and night, or work or learn remotely. Families will also appreciate having two large screen TVs so no one has to fight over what to watch at night.  
  
Located just 4 short blocks to the famous Emerald Coast, you can quickly escape to the soft white sand within 10-minutes (approx. 1/2 mile). If you prefer to drive, there is plenty of parking at the nearby beach access points. We provide beach chairs and a beach wagon for your convenience.   
  
We hope you’ll allow us to host you and your family or friends, and your pet, on your next vacation!

Starting with the positives- The inside of the home was exactly what we expected. A cute little basic home! The neighborhood was absolutely perfect and it was a nice 13 minute walk to the beach. The home is located about 15-25 minutes away from the places we went, which we were ok with. The communication with the homeowner couldn't have been better. On to the cons- the outback was a little disappointing. It really needs a nice cleaning and updating. The home floors also need to be cleaned a tad better as well. Overall, the home was exactly what we expected and enjoyed our stay!

My kids and I enjoyed our stay. Coming into the neighborhood it was kind of sketchy but overall quiet. I would recommend this house to a couple trying to share one bathroom with my boys was challenging 😊😊. Beach and stores were close by and the house and amenities were excellent. Thank you Andrea for a wonderful stay.

#### Perfect getaway!

The house was exactly what we needed and the photos/listing were perfectly accurate - no surprises. Our kids loved the house and had a great time at the beach. We parked at the beach access everyday and that worked out great with all the stuff we had to carry. We had no issues and would love to stay there again!

#### Great place to stay out of the tourist congestion

This is the perfect property... quiet neighborhood.. full house to yourself and nice rear deck to sit and have your coffee in the morning. 5 steps from your car to the front door unlike the beach condos where you have to park in a garage and hike to your room. Full size Washer and dryer was very nice as well. Beats the heck out of staying at a hotel! True home away from home.

We took a long weekend escape and loved staying at this house. It was perfect for our family of four. We would highly recommend! We rented a golf cart to get our kids + gear back and forth from the beach, which was a quick ride and easy enough to find cart parking by the beach public access.

#### Beautiful Home.

Beautiful home and my daughter absolutely loved the backyard and being able to play in the sandbox. It was perfect for our quick beach vacation. We felt it was a bit far to walk to the beach with an infant and 4 year old without sidewalks, however, driving was totally fine and there was plentiful parking. Thank you for providing a beautiful home. My daughter is already begging to go back.

#### Family Vacation

This was our first time staying this far from the beach. It was a 12 minute walk from the house to the beach access. It was a good afternoon walk but for setting up for a day at the beach it was easier to drive and park next to the beach access. Andrea was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. The house had everything we needed to cook with and was perfect for our family of 4.
