There were used napkins/ Kleenex in the couch cushions- the carpets may have been vacuumed but the vacuum cleaner itself was not picking up. We discovered the reason- the power brush head was not turning due to a broken belt- we found several items under the beds, socks, small toys, hair scrunches, used napkins, etc- cleaning service definitely didn’t do their job at this condo. ##### Bernita G.
