The pool and onsite laundry facility will be closed until March 2026, and the beach access will be closed until February. Workers will be present, and guests can expect some construction noise and dust during this time. Book your beachfront paradise at Continental #210\. This well-appointed studio is only steps from gorgeous Panama City Beach, Florida. With two comfortable beds, the condo sleeps three (max occupancy per fire safety code), making it ideal for a couple or small family. Continental #210 is tastefully decorated in cool blues and beach-themed accents. A plush sofa offers space for watching the large TV and enjoying friendly conversation. It is showing wear in a number of areas and dated. No headboards, beds on wheels on a hard floor made it difficult to sit in bed to read or hang out since there were only two chairs . The pool was closed due to 1/3 of the building being renovated. We were never made aware that this would be occurring. The manager of our rental when contacted was short and unhelpful! I would be cautious in renting from Southern Management Group. I won’t again. ##### Janet L.
