Private beach. Incredible view! Renovated 2 bedrooms + bunks / 2 bath, beachfront condo in prime 30a location.. “Boujee on the beach” is located on scenic Highway 30a in Seacrest between Destin (26 miles to the west) and Panama City Beach (17 miles to the east). Mistral 17 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom corner unit condo with adorable bunk beds. This luxe condo has incredible sunrise views and break-taking panoramic views in both directions of the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit comfortably sleeps six people and is perfect for vacationers who are wanting a more luxurious beach experience. On the top floor of the three-story building, the panoramic views from the living room and deck are absolutely breathtaking. You can see for miles in both directions. One car per unit. Starting 10/20/25 the resort will be doing a balcony project, during this time there will be workers present on select balconies doing work during the hours of 8-5, the work at times can be noisy, also the parking lot will be affected at times as well, this unit is open in Oct and Nov for rentals as they will not be working on this balcony. This unit has been updated from top to bottom with new ownership and all new furniture and furnishings. The main level has a full over queen bunk bed with a twin sleeper chair. The hallway has adorable bunk beds with USB ports and bunk lighting. The full bath on the main level has a stackable washer and dryer. And the spiral staircase to the second-level loft is so quaint and so fun. The king bedroom upstairs is beautiful, peaceful, and spacious. It has a private bathroom updated with a walk-in shower. The beach is completely private to the Mistral building. You never have to worry about crowds on this private stretch of white sand. Seacrest is located next to Alys Beach (1.3 miles) and Rosemary Beach. And very close to The Hub (formerly The Big Chill), (1.3 miles) and Seaside where you can enjoy shopping and their famous food trucks. You can walk or bike to several beaches from the Mistral building plus enjoy countless nature trails and the famous dune lake nearby. Seacrest Beach is one of the quietest of the 30A beach communities, as there are very few commercial developments in the area. This is great for vacationers looking for a peaceful beach vacation, away from the hustle, bustle, and crowds. Even with the small-town feel, however, visitors can still enjoy nearby coastal conveniences. Restaurants, cafes, wine bars, beach rental shops, and The Big Chill are all within close proximity to Seacrest Beach. Book a sandcastle building session, a private boho beach picnic, a bonfire on the beach, or kayaking at the nearby lake. Rent bicycles for your stay or just snuggle in with a book for your stay. This unit is the perfect place to relax, to read, to work, to chill. Close attention has been paid to every detail including the designer wallpaper, the planked ceiling, the velvet sofa, Keurig and espresso machine, and luxury kitchen essentials. This building has no elevator and this unit is on the third floor. There is a spiral staircase and steps down to the water. So don’t skip leg day this week at the gym. But the stunning panoramic view is absolutely worth the stairs! You won’t even notice. You are 16 miles away from the Northwest Florida Beaches international airport (ECP), 17 miles from Panama City Beach, and 28 miles from Destin. There is no better location in all of 30a and you’ll want to return to Boujee on The Beach every year. To get to the beach simply walk down the stairs and follow the walkway to the private beach access for the building. There are showers and hoses located at the platform at the top of the steps to the beach. Also, the bike trail runs the entire 18-mile length of 30a and is conveniently located right in front of the Mistral Condominium building. The beach and views are absolutely incredible! And I didn't find the stairs to be bad at all - 2.5 flights up to the condo, and about 3 flights down to the beach. Left the screen door open every night to fall asleep to the ocean waves!Only small drawback is WIFI/TV. The service is very poor unless you're in the bedroom with the router. When I tell you these pictures, does this place no justice! It is an absolutely beautiful. Perfect place to stay from end to end. Everything was thought about. You can literally just pack your clothes and come stay here. They provide basically everything that you would want in a vacation rental, including an espresso machine, a frother, books, Crayons, puzzles, I could go on and on! This is one of my most proudest vacation property choices! I'm still smiling thinking about our stay. They even have USB ports in the wall. Sockets, in case you leave your block. I was blown away by the beauty and details of this condo. And view, oh gosh was breathtaking! I often left the sliding door open with the screen door pulled shirt to listen to the ocean seeing. If you choose this place every penny well spent I stamp my word on that. The area is amazing. This is what you think of when you say dream vacation! Who wouldn’t want to wake up to the beauty of the beach each morning… and end each day with a colorful sunset?!? The property itself is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything a vacationing family would need. We have been coming to 30A for years, and this property is our new favorite. ##### Mindy P. This condo was a precious vibe of a bouchée aunties beach condo. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The view was 5 stars from the kitchen, living. And balcony. Great location between Seaside and Rosemary!!!! The charm of the decor was first in class for this price range. I visit 30A every year for over 12 years. The pictures are cute, but in person I liked it even more! My kids were esctatic about the bunks and it was easy sleeping all 4 of them there (8, 6, 4, 2). We loved the short walk down to the beach and got to see dolphins swim by the sandbar one of the days. It was a bit of a drive to go much of anywhere but we didn't really mind. The beach itself was gorgeous even though it was chilly 3 of our 4 nights there. The place was stashed with family games, puzzles and even beach toys! ##### Kaia C. We didn’t want to leave. We couldn’t get over how there was attention to every detail! Everything was thought of! We don’t want to stay anywhere else but this place!!! The only thing I would add would be a blender! I wasn’t able to make smoothies. I recommended this place to my sister in law before we stayed and she was able to scope the place out and tell me things like there is both a nespresso machine and keurig but no pods for the nespresso machine. I drink nespresso at home so I brought my own pods and was able to enjoy the machine! The fridge door would not close so there was a lot of condensation in the fridge. Our food remained cold but I did report to the property management twice about it. They didn’t come while we were there to fix it but hopefully the will for the next guest! Great condo! Unbeatable views and location! Perfection and we WILL be back!!!! ##### Alison C.
