We have a 2 year old and 4 year old and the proximity to the pool was unmatched. We had plenty of space and it was a great location to everything (quick walk down to Starbs). This was the week of the hurricane and the communication leading up to our stay was phenomenal. Really appreciate the responsiveness and communication! Totally recommend this spot!! This was are 4th year in a row staying here at Seacrest Beach! Second time in this unit! We love everything about the pool, the beach, the condo, the tram, and the overall experience for our family. It was exactly what we were looking for! Our young kids loved the pool and our patio was literally steps away from it. We also enjoyed the short walk to the Pavilion and the close proximity to the beach. The beach is a bit crowded (the umbrella rental company puts up way too may umbrella's and chairs than they have a need for so it takes up a ton of real estate). My advice, get to the beach early and claim your spot! But, we enjoyed our time on the beach too. We will definitely return! ##### Michael S.
