This wonderful unit has everything you need for a quiet relaxing stay that is beach front! Enjoy the private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This unit is also pet friendly for dogs that are 25 lbs or less. Pet fee $175.00 Unit sleeps up to 6 people comfortably. The unit is on the upper floor. There are about 12-14 steps to climb. No BBQ grills allowed. No smoking on property other than at the designated smoking area. Located at the side & base of the stairs. Per HOA Master bedroom has a king bed which has views of the Beach, a private full bathroom with french door leading to the living area. Guest bedroom has a Queen bed along with a Full bed with access to full bathroom in the hall. Fully stocked kitchen so that you can enjoy cooking with your family no need to eat out every night, unless you want to! I had search extensively for a Gulf front property that would allow us to bring our two dogs (one small and one medium). Very few did. The ones that did, had all kinds of restrictions. So, I was thrilled when I found this property. But I got even happier when we arrived and found the place super clean and cool upon check-in. Thank you for having the the AC on! It was a welcome gesture. We felt right at home and treated it as such. I am grateful that we were allowed to bring our pets, as they are our children. Lovely condo with a very accommodating host.
