With the rates being high you would expect all these issues to not be a problem-It appears the homeowners have cut costs and offers the bare minimum. The park that has beach access is a long walk and the parking is limited and gets filled up quick. If you have little kids with lots of stuff, it would be a long haul. The beach house had everything you needed to make your stay an enjoyable and relaxing one. Our kids are 15&18 years old and we never once heard them say they were bored.
