Wonderful for a small family, couples retreat or snowbirds on a budget! Step inside and be greeted by a light-filled living space complete with a cozy balcony for enjoying your morning coffee or evening sunsets. The recently updated kitchen boasts modern appliances and plenty of counter space for whipping up delicious meals. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious bedroom retreat with its own en-suite bathroom, perfect for unwinding after a long day at the beach. With an additional half bath downstairs for guests, this townhome offers convenience and comfort in every corner. Full size washer and dryer included, along with free wifi, 2 twin bunk sleeping arrangements tucked into a cozy nook downstairs, spacious green area in the backyard, plenty of parking for those looking to bring a trailer/boat, and beach breezes with free salty air! Local to many great attractions, restaurants and shopping in Lower Grand Lagoon. A couple minutes drive to the beautiful St. Andrew's State park/Shell Island Shuttle.
