The following is strictly enforced with no exceptions... \------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ GUEST REQUIREMENTS - The primary guest MUST be 25 years of age or older with valid ID and occupy the ENTIRETY of the stay. The primary guest will also be required to digitally sign a rental agreement, holding the primary guest responsible for all actions taken during the stay for all guests occupying the property. Guests of ALL AGES are counted as occupying guests and absolutely NO UNDERAGE SPRING BREAK GROUPS ARE ALLOWED.
