The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Grouper Reef, deployed in 2017\. Located just 970 feet out from the Inlet Beach access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Grouper Reef is at a depth of 12-21 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. A few lines which probably were written by a lawyer and do not reflect how they would actually treat a guest in certain unlikely circumstances. The shower could’ve been cleaner, the communication could’ve been smoother (as in all through the VRBO app instead of rental company portal, emails & texts), and for the price, they could’ve been less stingy with amenities (like providing coffee filters, salt, a Bluetooth speaker instead of a CD player…). I would stay again in a heartbeat. You get access to Rosemary beach and the 4 pools in the community. Our daughter slept on the fold out sofa bed. I will say the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable but a two year old doesn’t mind that. We could walk to restaurants and shops nearby.
