There were 3 of us, including myself, and it was perfect for us. It was clean and has everything you need. Linda and Karen are very kind and helpful. The beach is close by and one of the pools is just steps away. The only problem was that we couldn't use one of the two bikes included in the reservation because it was damaged. We spent three nights in the carriage house. It is the most convenient location and dog friendly. Rosemary Beach, as a whole, it’s nice but it’s also filled with teenagers(no parents) and so much traffic. You can’t fully enjoy the bikes, because the tires are flat, but we aired them up. However, my 9 year old was not big enough to partake, but if she was the sheer number of cars and other people on bikes would make it impossible. The neighbors to this property, they have frat parties, with copious amounts of alcohol and bongos- so beware. If you are a small family- beware. If you worry about mold or water damage- beware.
