My wife has asthma and is pregnant she couldn’t stay in the room the first night she slept in the car. We contacted Vacasa they where on it they came next day cleaned, but it seemed they just masked the smell we tried to look for other places, but it was the Fourth of July weekend. Plenty of towels! The dishes, pots, and pans were sufficient. It was clean and oh my gosh....the air conditioner was so PERFECTLY AWESOME!!! I love it COLD and that thing will put ice circles on your nose! The fridge was amazing! The Tvs were great and the beds were VERY comfortable. The traffic is so much better where this condo is at vs. Pier park area. We cooked in several nights and it was just a quiet relaxing place! However, the musty smell along with layers of dirt on surfaces was shocking. We had to buy air fresheners and cleaners before we could stay there. I’m not sure I will ever get that smell out of my nose. Our coffee pot was broken so they did promptly bring us a new one and apologized for the smell. The exterior of the condo is in desperate need of cleaning and repairs but the interior of the condo could use some updates but was very clean and is very close and convenient to the beach. The area is on the quieter stretch of beachfront which is great when you have small children. The pool/hot tub area was very clean as well as the bathroom areas and easily accessible. The only downside is the laundry room is shared and requires coins to use.
