We have two toddlers (3 and 2 years) and it was perfect. The apartment is safe and child friendly and we love that we can have them play outside in the grass area. There were only 2 "problems" but they didn't affect us directly. One being that the main shower was EXTREMELY slow to drain, but we used the hall bathroom for showers, no problem. Secondly, the internet was pretty weak. Both of these issues were addressed by the manager. We would love to book again, but our family is growing and we will need more space.We used bikes to make our way to Rosemary beach or to Big Chill. It was awesome. ##### Alana P. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was ready early. Arrived to a clean room. This location was quiet and peaceful. We had 0 issues the whole stay. Donna with Modern checked in with us and let us know she was there if we needed anything.
