One parking pass included in the price of the reservation. → 2 Cars Max! → INITIAL SUPPLIES UPON ARRIVAL - Dolce Vita Getaways PCB furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap starter pack, small washing machine powder, and one paper towel. Each bathroom has travel size amenities including shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. Two roll of toilet paper in each bathroom is provided. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in begins at 4:00PM. Due to our high cleaning standards and peak season check-in days (especially Saturdays), some condominiums may need a little extra cleaning time and check-in may be delayed. We appreciate your patience as we prepare for your stay. On the other hand, if the unit is cleaned upon arrival and you are early, you may occupy the unit at no additional charge. Check-out is at 10:00AM. Failure to comply may result in a late check-out fee as much as an additional nightly rental charge. DEPARTURE RESPONSIBILITIES: Please leave the condominium reasonably clean and in damage free order. Additional cleaning charges may apply if the unit is not left in reasonable order. In order to leave the condo in reasonable order please start the dishwasher upon departure, clean off all food from kitchen utensils and cookware. Trash must be secured in a plastic bag and disposed of in the conveniently located trash chute on each floor. Please gather all bed linens and towels and leave on the bathroom floor upon departure. FURNISHINGS: All of our rental units are privately owned and decorated to the owner\`s personal taste. You may view photos of each of our units on our website. The following items are provided in our condominiums: We supply a start up supply of soap, toilet tissue, and dishwashing detergent. Please note that this is a start up kit, you will need to replenish your own supplies during your vacation. Bed and bath linens, blankets and pillows are all provided. All kitchens are fully equipped. PETS: Pets are not allowed in our units.A pet, or any evidence of a pet found on the property, that was not previously disclosed by charging you the pet fee, is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is not permitted in any of our rental units. Violation of this policy is cause for eviction and forfeiture of rent. The condo is spacious with three separate rooms and two bathrooms. We generally showered one right after the other and never had cold showers. The condo has everything you need to dine in (plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, etc. The teens and my husband loved the ninja blender and keurig. Plenty of towels and starter supplies. The balcony views were amazing with excellent views of the sunset over the sparkling ocean. The centralized location made it easy to access Pier Park and we were very close to Walmart and target. Make sure you wear the provided bracelets to access the pool. They will kick you out if you don’t wear it. Also, no drinks in the pool regardless of what it is (even a capped bottle of water). I believe the listing said the room came with beach chairs and umbrella but we didn’t find info on how to access this in the condo, nor did we ask about it. Make sure you ask the owner if you would like to use those amenities. Overall the stay was amazing and we would definitely stay in this condo again. Thank you! ##### JoEtta L. Parking and check in a breeze. Great pool with Tiki Bars!! (Better than Tower 1&2). Nice little cafe and gift shop. Easy access to beach. Fit six of us perfectly for the week. The master bed was surprisingly comfortable so we slept well. The pools were well maintained and so large that it never felt crowded. This is close to everything.
